Good tension in the elastic. I use this for airplane travel and long car rides. After some researched I decided to try it when running. To my surprise, It made running much more comfortable, especially afterwards. i thought my running days were gone, but I was able to train up to 1/2 marathon with this. I also have started to wear on the bike trainer some times. I am 5'8 only complaint is is it a bit long or wide however you want to say it, when bending or leaning over, it digs in a bit, but that is a small complaint. Quality is good after a lot of use. I got through a 1/2 Ironman wearing this!

I wore this so I can continue bowling with a new bulging disk. The support was awesome!! It stays in place and fits perfectly!!

The Velcro provides a strong grip. The lumbar will pad in the back is comfortable. I wish the inner strap/mesh support was firmer for a more stabalizing effect.

After covid I have nasty back pain. I needed something to aliviate the pain until I see my doctor. I love the belt it helped me immediately. I ordered this morning and I have al ready. Thank you.

Belt gives great support in lumbar region. The pad adds a lot. My only complaint is that I have lost a lot of weight and the belt is an XL and I now need a L. When I pull it tight enough, there is little velcro holding it closed leaving a lot of overlap at the end of the adjustment straps. Time to order a smaller size.
