The minute I put it on I felt great support! It definitely helps for my lower back pain. It is very comfortable when in your feet. Not too comfy when I sit, but I always take it off anyways. I've had various back braces and this is honestly one of the best one's I've bought. The velcro on this one is aldo holds very good compared to other Brands. I would highly recommend this brace but make sure that you take your measurements before ordering.

Excellent product, easy to use and adjust. Bulkier than I would have liked to use under clothes. Ugly monster logo unnecessary.

I fractured a disk and this belt made it possible for me to continue to move throughout healing. I would recommend it to anyone with lower back pain or disc herniation.

Lower back pain is relieved and helps me to stand up straighter. Can only wear certain clothes with it though because it is bigger and bulkier than I had expected. But the pain relief is worth it.

Bought this for my Dad as he has been having back pain and he loves it. He says the pain is almost all gone. It has been a life saver!
