I was a little skeptical about back braces claims, but after purchasing this one I was impressed I had no back pain when I was packing and moving. I'm a size 31 and it didn't fit properly so order 1 size up

This back brace is easy to use, quick to “slip” into. It does not require a super tight position to provide excellent support. I've used it for about 2 weeks and it's still comfortable and still providing great support.

I have lower back issues and have to do some lifting and twisting for work. This brace has been so helpful. I don't wear it all the time so it doesn't take away from my core strength. When I do wear it, I notice my back bothers me less when having to lift things. It fits well and can go under clothes or over. It doesn't make me seat at all and stays clean.

Wife has occasional sciatica, and she states that the brace offers good, comfortable support and is easy to use.Only started using for one week, and we are hopeful it will improve the sciatic pain over time.

I bought this brace in the hope that it would control pain in my thighs from sciatica. When cinched tightly, it helped reduce the pain. Soon as I took the brace off the pain came roaring back, so I am convinced it helps reduce pain.
