Created by the design house of Alfred Sung in 1986, Sung is classified as a refreshing, floral fragrance. This feminine scent possesses a blend of citrus, green florals, and musky, woody notes.
History and Background of Alfred Sung:
Alfred Sung was born in Shanghai in 1948 and raised in Hong Kong. He studied couture at the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne. After graduating with first place honours, Sung moved to New York to study at Parsons School of Design.
In 1972, he moved to Canada where he first designed for a sportswear manufacturer in Toronto. In 1976, he opened his own shop called Moon.
In 1979, he joined forces with Joseph and Saul Mimran and in the following year formed the Monaco Group Inc. which developed the Alfred Sung label and manufactured it in their own unionized shop.
Sung's main aim is to create clean, modern, timeless fashions that offer quality, style, and value and appeal to professional and executive women.

Smells like rubbing alcohol. I've smelt other Alfred Sung EDT/ perfume and this is no where near anything i've seen in stores. The others did smell fantastic. But, not this one! It is either a fake or a bad product.

I like the fragrance, but it spews out way too hard with one squirt. It actually splashes when it hits my skin.

In spite of using the same name of "Sung," the companies making and distributing my 20 years+ favorite cologne, have changed the formula, without changing its name or notifying its users. The only change I found on its box was that it is now an Elizabeth Arden product. I have serious allergies and have an acute sense of smell. I noticed immediately that this new bottle smelled differently out of the bottle and on my skin.<br />I thought manufacturers were required to use a different name if the product's formula had been changed. Hummm. Think I will check with the FDA. I do know for certain that I will not by this product made by Arden. I am so sad to lose a long-time favorite cologne.
