Fish and Water Conditioner
Stress Coat completely neutralizes and removes chlorine, chloramine & the ammonia associated with chloramine, which is added to tap water. Chloramine is toxic to fish as it is a molecule of chlorine and ammonia. Many water conditioners mainly break the bond, releasing the toxic associated ammonia. API Pond Stress Coat Plus+ special formula containing a slime coat replenisher and Aloe Vera, not only eases stress but also promotes the healing of damaged fish tissue and detoxifies heavy metals from tap water. Recommended for use whenever adding new water or new fish to a pond.

For larger ponds, add 1/2 cup for each 480 gallons of pond water to remove chlorine and chloramine. In areas where water supply companies use high concentrations of chloramine, the dose should be doubled for added protection to your fish. |

This bottle is a must have for our small about 250 gal goldfish pond This size bottle lasts us over a yr normally. Price hasn't changed much over the yrs so that's a plus since everything has sky rocketed in price!

I have a 125 gallon pond with 3 medium sized goldfish (4-7) and it loses water due to evaporation in the summer. I use this (1/2 teaspoon added to my 3 gallon pot) as needed to top off my pond level. I've never had an issue and I've used it for 3 years now. The same size is $25 at Petco so it was nice to find it cheaper on here. This bottle lasts me a little over a year because of our weather in Oregon.

Have a 400 gallons pond and this brand and All Pond Products as the best in the market today. I have purchased the Stress Coat, Clear water the Algae fix for the last four year and they are the best. Read the instruction as per bottle information and don't over used. Thank You API Pond Products a very happy customer in Texas.
