For better stabilization of gates and for preventing it from tippingover these high quality ALEKOrollers are mounted vertically on both sides of the gate. For properstabilization a pair of these rollers would be required but they are availableand sold individually. They are made of UV protected hard plastic and aredesigned to withstand rigors of most extreme climates. These rollers will lastfor years with very less maintenance and you can easily fix these to the postsof your gate through welding or bolting.

If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.
If you accept the damaged package without any notation on the delivery receipt, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REPLACE ANY PARTS OR COMPENSATE ANY REPAIR COSTS.
We highly recommend that you do not schedule gate installations prior to receiving your gate due to possible shipment delays and/or damages.
