I bought one from Aleko Directly and it didn't power up when receiver (summer 2022). Just got around to figuring it out and it turns out the RESET terminals in the upper right corner of the board need to be jumped. The picture of the product shows this little black jumper. I made one attached it and my board came to life. If you don't have terminals they are a couple bucks at the hardware store or you could probably wrap a piece of wire around both terminals. The picture shows the jumper circled in red as made with red wire and red connectors (coincidentally).
