This is a versatile, well made set of resistance bands. The door anchor is easy to use and very secure. I especially appreciate that each band has a carabiner at each end, making it simple to swap bands, as well as facilitating the use of two bands at once for more resistance. The accompanying starter workout guide had clear instructions for a beginning exercise program. An easy to use and transport exercise tool.

I liked the first set and ordered a second to match (both hands or feet). The second came with the same strength variables, but not the same length. The company offers choices and I didn't pick that up from the thumbnail photos. Don't know if lengths were in fine print. Nothing I thought to check. I use the bands to strengthen bad legs.

Used for rehab excercises following shoulder surgery. Easy to set up, simple to use. Only complaint: the printed instructions use a typeface too small to read easily even with my bifocals. Should not be that big os a deal to have an instruction shee with BIGGER PRINT!!

I don't LOVE these, but I don't hate them. They do the job. Be aware that they are smelly like rubber and make your clothes and hands smelly. They are good for the price though!

I had a problem with my order and contacted the seller. The customer service that the seller provides is excellent. They are constantly striving to assist their customers as best as possible. The product seems to be of good quality. Buyers should be aware that the LBS/KG's listed are only estimates. I would think that it is very difficult to accurately access the weight range with resistance bands. I would recommend this product.

I was amazed with the quality when I opened the box. Delighted with the protection offered for the hand. In 2020 my Dad got closed out of using the community gym because of fears over covid. That was the beginning of the end for him. He loved his exercise but when covid caused the gym to close he just got weaker and weaker. These would be great for a home held zoom class for older folks who are still afraid to go out into the world because of covid. I've been using them for a long time and they are still holding up really well. What a great product. Thanks People! You've made a home run on this one.

I had these on my wish list for months and wish I had ordered them sooner. There were exercises that I struggled doing at home but with these I can maximize everything I do. They give you a booklet with several great workouts you can do with the resistance bands. You get bags that let you keep everything nice and organized. Im still mixing and matching bands to figure out what weight combination I like best, but so far I absolutely love these things.

I like these bands. I love how you can stack them, they give me an amazing pump with most workouts.The problem is the 40 lb band ripped after 5-6 workouts which is ridiculous considering they claim they'll never rip. Thus, I land on 2 stars.

I received the bands in the time stated. I had an issue with 1 of the bands, but the seller made sure to rectify the problem right away; for this alone I was impressed! They look nice and are easy to use. They come with a Velcro strap that makes the desired bands easy to attach to objects. I also like the fact that there are clips which makes for easy attachment; I've used other bands that can be difficult, because it's rubber against rubber, which causes tight friction(almost like a knot) when trying to remove them from surfaces.Over all a great product with wonderful customer service at a fair price!!

Soo I've used these for about a month now! And man I got the pastel colored ones! I love them! Super pretty! Easy to use. Although I had to watch quite a few videos to see how to properly use them but that's user error. They seem like they won't last if you use them hard every day. But I use them 2 or 3x throughout the week and it's changed my home workout!!They also came in this cute little bag that's easy for traveling!
