The original one has the screw holes on the door side milled a little bit offset from this replacement. Barely fit with some angling of the screws. The plastic inserts on the door can't be moved so some people may need to carve out some of the mounting hole on the door to get it to fit.

Almost an exact match, 1/8 in narrower but works perfectly. Had to replace 3 on one door and it's smoother than the others now...

I needed a replacement hinge for a cabinet door. This was a prefect match. I could not find a replacement hinge to match in any of the big box stores like Menards or Home Depot
