use it two or three times a week. light and flavorful...just need a dusting...let sit on fish for a while before frying or use for a beer batter. mmmmgood!

I do love this product. I once had a recipe for batter using ice water and lost it. This product is exactly what I was looking for. Fries up crisp and stays that way!! Very happy with it!!

McCormick Tempura is excellent for seafood deep fried fish and shrimp. Great for onion rings too. See attached picture for what arrives in a padded envelope in the mailbox. I usually buy this in the store but they were out so I ordered online

My husband fishes a lot, so every once in awhile we have a fish fry, along with onion rings. This product is the very best for high end restaurant quality. The biggest problem is that it is very hard to find in stores. When people eat here and love my cooking, I often give them a box to try, silly me I have to reorder often.
