it is cheap, and has a bowler top. It doesn't really snug into the head and falls off often. Its good for cosplay but not for extensive amounts of time.

I just got it, and I am so excited! The form was great, and it has Velcro bits that help keep the shape shown in the picture. It is nice and sturdy, and I am not overly worried about it becoming flat, floppy, or smooshed.

Beautiful and easy to put together. I have added cogs to it to make it more steampunk as well. Has Velcrow to hold shape.
