After measuring my leg, I ordered the medium size. It proved to be a bit small so I went up to a large. The device works well. My knee and leg pain while I am sleeping (which wakes me up) has disappeared after a few days of using it. I haven't found it to move around/slip - even the large stays in place. I can turn easily in bed, unlike with a knee pillow. It's made a real difference for my sleeping pattern.

I am a side sleeper and I starting having knee and hip pain. Initially I used this and other device on my ankle. Both helped but, unlike the other, this is comfortable and stays in place so I am continuing to wear it.

I ordered an charger because I have huge thighs. I managed yo get it up but it was too tight. I pushed it as far as I could do I can use it. I wish it had velcro fasteners instead. Otherwise it's a great product

I thought I had arthritis in my knees cause they hurt so badly. I am a side sleeper and had tried little pillows, but when you turn over they get lost in the sheets. I tried this and I love it! It is plush in the knee and comfy. It stays on your knee and keeps them from hurting due to bone on bone. My knees don't hurt at all anymore!!

It's helping me with my sleep but it's taking some getting used to to be comfortable.

This kneepad is excellent for night time knee pain when my knees are pressed together. There is plenty of cushioning without limiting movement. The elastic keeps the sleeve on my leg without being too constricting. Make sure you take measurements to get the right size and fit. I highly recommend this knee pad for pain relief.

I bought the product because I bruise easily and after losing a lot of muscle mass recently, the weight of one leg on top of the other while I slept was leaving me with bruises inside my knees and shins. I toss and turn and though pillows feel good when I'm going to sleep, they never stayed in place.I measured twice and ordered once. Even so, the sleeve seems to be too big as both the top and bottom edges have too much material to conform to my leg but the part around the actual knee fits well and the whole thing stays in place. After two months, the padding has compressed a little but it still works well enough at distributing the weight of my leg so there's no bruising.

I am 60 years old and was having trouble sleeping when on my side with my knees together. I was going to have my wife make me something out of foam and a ace bandage and then I found this and it works great!In fact I ended up buying another one for our weekend house. I am 180lbs and the foam does wear down some but it has relieved my pain from my knees rubbing together. I have had the first one for about 6 months and it is still holding up fine. I have only wore one at a time on just one leg but I could see the benefit of wearing one on both legs if you are a little over weight it would give you better support and maybe offer relief from back pain too. Make sure you measure your leg about 5.5 inches above your knee to get the right size and there is a top and bottom when wearing it. The elastic does not bother me like some other reviews but it is not as tight on top as the bottom is for me but it stays in place just fine. No more fighting to keep a pillow between my knees!

After knee issues, I was told to sleep with a pillow between my legs. This knee pad works as well as the pillow with a lot less hassle! It's comfortable to wear all night, and if I have to get up, it stays on comfortably. Very glad I got it.

I have tried a pillow between my knees and another type of knee pillow but no success. This really does work to cushion between the knees and I am not trying to keep it between my knees all night. It stays right there and I don't worry about it moving.
