It smell so freaking bad and it’s thin material.not sure if I should wash it to rid the smell

This one has velvet material on it.Has a moldy/mildew/ packed up smell.I am petite and it's mkre like a belt than a skirt. Short.And the seller sajd she wasnt aware of any smells. Read the reviews.
