They work and provide decent support for my inflammed fingers. Would be great of low contact sports.CONS -- I use these for grappling and have noticed my fingers are much less sore after practice however, sweat will deteriorate the adhesive they use to put these together rather quickly. I would suggest getting a version that has the edges stitched so they don't frey/fall apart if you inted to use them for high contact sports.

PROS - This product fulfills its intended use well. My injured finger is fairly well-supported and the gentle cushion does a good job of padding impact of objects against the knuckle or other fingers (like when using the hand to lift things). There is some variety of sizes in the package so it supports smaller and larger fingers.CONS - The materials are somewhat flimsy. After a day of use the adhesive on the first finger support I used had started to disconnect. After that, it tore easily. If you are very careful getting them on and off and don't get them caught on things they tend to stay in one piece, but I would prefer something that could put in a day's work without me having to think about it.

I've no idea how good this product is for its intended use. I was trying to find something to wear over my ring for martial arts. As a ring cover, this product did not work well-- it slipped forward off the ring. I have since gotten a cotton/elastic product that works much better.

Who would of thought you'd need these for bowling and/or other sports. I was surprised at the relief they afforded my bowling hand fingers, which got achy/sore with bowling. They really do help/work!
