Glad we bought this pad. I mistakenly got the oval one, when my pool is rectangle shape, but, that was my mistake! It works fine, though, because it is a little larger than the pool, so, it worked out fine. It's much better than laying the pool right on the ground, as we have hard desert ground, and the pad really does make it softer than just putting it on the ground. Strong material. Does not tear easily. Would recommend.

It was not as thick as I thought it should be but seemed to work well as a liner. Time will tell how it does with growth underground. Once it was in place it stayed there so would recommend this product to all.

Helps protect new liner from punctures, also makes it easier to remove wrinkles during installation of liner. I used two 16 gallon shop vacs during liner installation.I cut pad to fit with scissors, also put foam on walls.
