I was buying Dr Bronners before and it took me a minute to get used to the viscosity difference. This soap is not thick and very runny. I use it for dishes, showering, and laundry. For laundry, I do a 1:1 ratio of castile soap and white vinegar and then essential oils until you don't smell the vinegar. A tablespoon or two in your washing machine has worked great for me.
