In addition to contour shaped padding for ideal ergonomics and lumbar comfort, the new design also includes multiple front and side pockets, expandable mesh pockets for separating wet and dry items, spring hooks for wet suits, a mesh water bottle pocket, adjustable straps and a protective storage space for large electronics.

It does not come with a dry bag. The mesh is big enough to hold my tennis shoes while in the water . The bag holds a full size beach towel , change of clothes, travel bag with full size shampoo etc., smal makeup bag and has plenty of room left . The back has firm cushions as well as the straps

Fantastic backpack! I use this every day and it holds swim gear, my paperwork, dry clothes, shower gear, plus equipment that I use for teaching swim lessons. It has plenty of mesh zipper pockets for things to dry out, and spots for clipping goggles to the outside or even a wet bathing suit. Fins fit in it no problem, though if you're packing dry clothes, you may have to juggle wet fins with dry clothes, there is not a separate place inside the main compartment other than the laptop/paperwork sleeve. I have managed to shove fins into one of the outside pockets, but they are not meant for that, so be aware.This can be your one bag does it all bag if you plan and dry fins before repacking. I carry too much around and have to spend too much time at the pool to want to carry multiple bags, so this bag with its size was the one.

My daughter has been swimming for about 8 years we have owned every bag. Our 1st tyr bag, she looked over a frie ds and decided this one has the most secure and pracricalpockets and places to hang her tags with plenty of room.
