If the product is damaged and notations have been made on the delivery receipt, please do one of the following:
1. Keep the whole shipment and we will compensate the cost of repair if needed, or we can replace the damaged unit for a new one if marked DAMAGED.
2. Refuse just part of the shipment and keep the non-damaged items, then let us know about your decision. A new replacement will be re-shipped to you only if notations with the word DAMAGED have been made. Also, please provide photos of the damage if possible.

The instructions are adequate but could be better. The plastic zip ties are not worth using. They are weak and won't last. We used wire ties (like used for rebar). The provided chicken mesh is ok, instructions need to say to stretch it out when attaching. If you stretch it right there is enough to give you a few inches for the ground around the run. Overall, it's a decent buy but be aware of what you are getting. This isn't built to last for decades, but should get you through a few seasons.

We have purchased 2 others from different companies. This one is it. Its the one on the right. Frame metal is thick, stronger and more secure. The eyelets in the tarp has withstood wind storms of 80 plus. The wire is thicker. The wire size covers the sides and top in 2 pieces. The wire covers the ends from top to bottom with extra. Less than 2 hours and it was done. The easiest run we have ever had. The other guys were weak, thin metal and wire was very short. Waiting for this to come back in stock.

The product was not as easy to assemble as we thought, definitely need at least two people. It is fairly sturdy, light weight so it can be moved easily by two people. The joints did not all line up but we made it work.

I was worried to get this after reading the reviews, but decided to go for it. I was lucky that this place is local, and if you pick it up yourself, you get a hefty discount.The pen itself is decent. It's not as sturdy as a $1000 dog run, but it's also much cheaper. I made some adjustments, added pvc roof panels to one end, reinforced the structure with a couple fence line posts, and added hardware cloth to the bottom.It came nearly packed in two boxes. Instructions were super simple, everything just snaps together. Be sure to tie it down well, as it's pretty lightweight. Overall, good for its purpose.The only thing I would mention is if you're torn between this style and a traditional dog kennel, this is 6' at it's highest point, so the downhill sides are much shorter, so not as eases to walk around in.

I am a second owner after it being up for 3 years, I was able to take apart and reassemble in less than 30 min...... I handle a lot of run shelters, coops, etc and I am actually impressed. While the chicken wire is not a predator-proof configuration with chicken or stucco wire - it will be fine as a day run and lock up your chickens at night. I can make this into a secured night run too by adding gopher wire to the bottom, and hardware cloth wire in place of the chicken wire. with concrete blocks walking stones on the ground wire and around the edge, this will be secure.
