Winsome 92326 Leo Wide 2-Tier Storage Shelf, Espresso

This is a nice sturdy shelf, however, the color is not espresso as described. It has a reddish tone to it so it looks more like a dark cherry wood. A little disappointed in the color but overall it's a very nice shelf. I have it in my hall closet so I guess it's ok because you really can't really see the red undertone. However, for the price I paid for it, I really wish the color is what I want.

Pros:- Not press-board- Sturdy once assembled (don't tighten it all up until you have a couple books on it to reduce wobble)- Easy to assemble- Everything is includedCons:- Wood is a bit banged up (quality control issues, not shipping)I got one of these to try it out as I am in need of 2-3 small bookshelves. This one is to replace the bookshelves in my office (under a window) so I had some pretty specific measurement requirements which this met perfectly. It fits right under the window with room to put a row of books on top without blocking the AC unit there. That said on to my thoughts on it now that it is assembled and loaded with books...It was well packed. The comment I made in cons was about the overall quality of the wood pieces. Once end of one of the crosspieces was crushed (obviously during manufacturing as it was painted right over) and there were other signs of poor quality control (scratches, some splintering, etc) but most of it was behind, under or hidden in some way so I didn't sweat it. None of it was "OMG I need to return this!" bad, it just wasn't what I would call great.As with most pieces like this all the hardware was included, including the tool needed to tighten everything down. I notice comments on it being wobbly, which I noticed too. That can be minimized by loosely assembling the unit, stacking some books on it then tweaking it a bit to settle everything and then tightening the screws down. While that won't solve a huge wobble mine was rock solid after that. Speaking of rock solid... this thing is pretty beastly. It is currently loaded with technical manuals (including the top shelf) and shows no signs of distress. Of course it'll take a few weeks/months to know how it holds up in the long term (bowing, wobble, etc) but considering the materials used I am thinking it'll last much better than the bookshelves it replaced.In short, I really like it and have already purchased 2 more. They are not what I would call high end wood furniture but for sixty bucks they are a good deal in my opinion.

...a small item that would hold a boom box. It went together easily, and fits the spot perfectly. It's sturdy and has a nice appearance. I did find a couple of small spots that had to be colored in, but they weren't big enough to warrant returning.

i feel like I got what i ordered. The picture describe the product well and it has been a useful neat little side table that is good for any room. it feels and looks like a decent quality and so far its been great. recommended!

Not bad at all for the price. These are solid wood and are stained. For the price you cant beat them. They are a ton better than all the cheap fiberboard junk on the market. They however are not top of the line but your not paying top of the line prices. They seem to be a wood that resembles pine or a soft wood. I will buy these again.

I bought this to put shoes on in my foyer, the finish was fine and it was easy to put together. I did not have issues with a bad finish on any boards, it is what it is, put together furniture, but better than most.
