Well, I paid $162 for this and I don't feel bad. Assembly was a breeze, I ended up using my Dewalt impact driver on the legs to speed it up instead of the stupid wrench they sent that you can barely get into the space provided. Overall construction is great and sturdy. My one and only complaint is that the drawers have no proper slides, just wood on wood which won't be an issue as I don't plan on using them all that much. As for shipping, no damage to the box and it was very well packed.

I love the table, it was exactly what I was looking for. The price was great, and I received it quickly. The only downfall was the back corner was pretty damaged. I didn't return it because you couldn't see the bad spot with the large item I put in front of it. Other than that it was perfect.

I'm glad I took a chance despite the negative reviews that I read. It's a great piece for the price. Had I paid $800.00 I might have been more picky. I love it !!!

This black beauty is currently sitting near my entryway at the bottom of my stairway and it really classes up the joint. I was surprised that I got exactly what I was expecting at such a reasonable price. Nice solid wood, elegant design with handles for the drawers. My one minor complaint is that the drawers dont come out smooth and at times stick (but who really uses those tiny drawers anyway?)

Looked at many stores for similar item, but they were seemingly over-priced. This item came as anticipated, but had a few nicks that I filled in. Still very very happy and satisfied.

I love the look of this console table. It seems very sturdy and sound to me. Looks nice, when dusted that is. Since it's black it will show dirt and dust very easily. The material used for the sides, however, is noticeably of lesser quality than the rest of the table.

Could have been five. It is solid. It looks fine. I did have to use a 1/2 nut driver to bolt the legs on. It would have been nigh on impossible to use the supplied wrench due to the bracing blocking the corners.

The quality is pretty good for this price point. I have seen people compare these to Ikea, in my opinion, this item exceeds Ikea quality. It is made of wood, and there is some assembly required, basically you need to attach the legs, which isn't difficult. It comes with a tool that can be used, and if you use the tool its probably a pain. I have my own tools which made assembly much easier.I was happy with the packaging, that being said my unit had a broken drawer guide. I am experienced at woodworking so fixing it was easy.The finish is consistent, and seems durable, it is a very attractive unit.

The drawers were not as deep as expected but will hold small items. It is used to hold my bedroom TV.

Super deal,looks fantastic ,fast shipping,came in perfect! no damage.All I had to do is put on the legs,Takes about 15 mins,top bolts are a trickie.

A nice inexpensive unit. Easy to assemble (all you need to assemble are the legs), though a bit tricky placing the top screws for the legs due to tight space. You'll want to use your own long screwdriver rather than the packaged assembly tool. Four shallow doors, nice black finish.

This is mostly an accent table for me so I don't know how it would hold up as an actual load-bearing table, but for my purposes it works fine. Assembly is not complicated (you only have to attache the legs, the rest comes pre-assembled) will be tricky if you have large hands. You have to reach your hand into a small space to fit two large screws into each leg, so keep that in mind. Looks very classy.

Arrived here in perfect condition. I bought this item with prime and was pretty excited when I got it the next day. Assembly is simple, though you might want to have someone with small hands to help if you can. The four bolts that will attach to the top of the legs can be a little difficult to install with the little room you have to screw in and the tool that is given is pretty much useless. Had a ratchet on hand to use once I got the bolts in far enough to get the ratchet down to tighten. Very happy with this purchase.

I am happy with this table-- it looks and performs just as the picture suggests. It is heavier than it looks- which (to me) indicates a higher quality than I expected from the low price. Putting it together was straightforward enough although it was a bit tricky to get my hand into the small area where the bolts go (and it came with one of those tiny wrenches that are hard to maneuver anyway)-- I am a woman with average-sized hands and wound up with a few scrapes from the process. If you have larger hands or arthritis assembly would be a much bigger pain, I would imagine. One tip though, the drawers are not very deep at all (about 1 1/2) so their usefulness is limited in that respect. Otherwise, it is a nice addition to the room and is performing exactly as I planned.

This table is very nice quality, looks great (ie, not cheap). It took me about 45 minutes to put it together by myself. The hardest part was getting the upper screws done for the legs (the ones that will be closest to the top of the table). It's easier if you pull the drawers all the way out, but you still have to do it at an angle and you have a very limited space. Without this problem it probably would have taken 15 minutes to put it together.No damage to the unit at all, which is a plus as sometimes packaging quality can be a concern and I noted that other reviewers did have this issue.This looks very nice for the price- it is not flimsy. Sturdy table that looks great in my foyer and very happy with this purchase.

Excellent quality, very sturdy, fits in well with my other black furniture. There's a recessed ding/scratch on the top but I don't care cause this thing is super nice other than that. It's really heavy, the drawers pull out easily and are just big enough to hold dog leashes or pens and pencils or whatever you can store in a three inch depth space. Also, the drawers do not come all the way out unless you want them to because there's a wood piece that can be twisted just inside the cavity that holds the drawer. I have a foyer area just inside the front door of my house and this fit that area perfectly. I put a painting up above it and it's the first thing you can see when you enter my house; I think it really sets a good modern, chic and sophisticated mode to my home.
