These tart pans are super cute and are stiff enough to easily press dough into. (I really love them). But since the material is nor metal and if you're not blind baking first, your crust may be underbaked. I made egg tarts and my dough was raw in some places. So either make super thin crust, adjust bake time and temp, or pre-bake first.

We use these all the time! Originally bought for freezing portion-sized soups and broths, but ended up using them for mini quiches. Turns out the pastry cutter that came with our pie maker is the perfect size for cutting pastry for these too.

Seems to be of high quality silicone. Does what I need it to do. Muffins popped out easily and it was easy to clean.

I use these pretty much daily to make fried eggs in my air fryer toaster oven, adding a little avacado oil to keep them from sticking. After they get seasoned, I can cut down the amount of oil I use. This is my second set. The first set lasted almost two years before they started to split, which seems pretty fair for the price and the frequency of use. Plus, my fried eggs look like pretty flowers when I flip them out of these and on to my waffles.

Never used this before. Was concerned about using in air fryer. I am pleasantly surprised that not only did it hold its shape but, was actually shocked that as soon as I took them out, cakes came out perfectly clean without even peeling these off of them. They are, however, flimsy with batter, like another reviewer mentioned, and you have to be careful. I remembered that and so, I was very careful and steady.
