Great little pan. Had one like it for years and it wore out. Nice for the broiler for a 2 person family. Pork chops, fish, open faced sandwiches, etc:

I bought this set of crisper pans to replace the ugly stained one I had been using. You can use just the bottom pan if you don’t need the crisper function of the insert. The crisper pan definitely does the job. The day these arrived, we had some restaurant leftovers that would be better crispy. We threw them in with our new pans, and success! They clean up pretty well, too.
