Excellent at making our owner suite addition livable! Our bedroom amp; bath are separate from the rest of the house amp; aren't as well insulated, so we have had humidity problems since moving in. Finally decided to do something about it and ordered the one with the PUMP. It's amazing! Drops the humidity in our wing from 80 to 50ish in about an hour, then cycles on as needed to keep it there. We have it pumping the water into the tub for the most convenient method, but have accidentally set it to go to the tank a few times -- only takes a couple hours to fill that huge gallon plus collector before it automatically shuts off amp; waits to be emptied. Hoping it continues to impress! AC works amp; feels better and our clothes, towels, and bedding don't feel pre-moistened (ewww!).

4 stars because it did pull a whole lot of water out of the air. Downside is it also puts out hot air.

This one has been running almost nonstop in the basement for two years now. The only downside is dumping the bin twice a day when the summer humidity sets in here. That's not a complaint about the product, either - its impressive how much moisture this unit pulls out of the air. I just wish I had a floor drain closer to where I have it set up!

This particular model did not do a good job, the humid level was always above 50. We had it for 10 months and then got an error code of E3. After several phone calls and misdirections a customer service rep helped us by sending out a new dehumidifier. This one works very well and I'm very happy with the integrity of the manufacture who stood by their product and created a very happy customer. I gave 4 starts cause the first one didn't work well at all.

In less than one year's time, I had to hold HOmeLabs to their warranty TWO times. After a few months, this unit stopped working and displayed a fatal E3 error message for gas leak. This happened twice, with the original purchase and with the replacement unit. All within 11 months from the original purchase. I am now on my THIRD unit which they sent under their one-year warranty. This humidifier is faulty junk. The only reason I didn't give it a one star was because they did live up to their warranty. If you absolutely must purchase this unit, do so by purchasing an extended warranty. You'll most likely need it.

Works really well, right from the start. I have to dump water at least twice a day. Wish I hadn't waited so long to buy one. Will probably need to get one for the garage as well.

Good unit ... until it stopped working after 4 years. The vendor was really helpful in trying to help diagnose the issue, and also offered a discount on a new unit, but I have decided to buy a different brand to replace this one - my Frigidaire humidifier has been going on strong for more than 8 years now, without a glitch).

Pleasantly surprised with this dehumidifier. Setup was simple and connecting to wi-fi was a breeze. The app is rudimentary but works well enough for me. It allows you to start/stop the device, toggle fan speed, modify settings and set schedules. The pump is a must have if you aren't available to empty the water tray often. Would give it 5 stars, but the app doesn't allow me to set an off time. If I don't remember to turn it off it will simply run forever. If I set the humidity to 50 it'll read 50 after running for a while. My AC thermostat will read 50, but the dehumidifier continues to run. Not a huge issue, just more of an annoyance.
