I've been working in the industry for 15 years.If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I ordered these coats thinking they would work out but I was wrong. The size chart they provided did not work correctly for me and the material is kind of cheap. I had requested a return which was approved and upon returning they said that they will not give me my money back because they were dirty. All I did was try them on it's not like I wore them to work or got them stained or anything. I highly recommend looking for a higher quality chef coat, because these ones are very likely to tear on you and if they do not work for you they will not give you a refund and will find any excuse not too.Update: Still refused to give me a refund for all shirts. They said they have refunded the one and mailed back the other 2. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive the refund or the 2 shirts being mailed back.

This product is nice and lightweight. But the quality of the buttons suck. This is the second shirt I have purchase and the same thing happened within two weeks, the buttons continue to pop off.

This item is beautifully made. Attention to detail is absolutely on Pointe. Unfortunately I bought it as a gift and it just doesn't work for the recipient. I think it's quality is unsurpassed.

It is a nice chef coat overall. Stitching seems decent. Overall craftsmanship is nice. However the fabric is extremely rough and very scratchy.

My husband loves that it fits as expected and there was no shrinkage after washing. He also was happy with the light weight material.

The product itself is good! Runs a bit larger in size, but a lighter breathable material compared to ChefWorks coats. The problem is how long it took to be shipped and customer service would not give me detail answers. They did respond, but very vague roundabout answers. Don’t order if need quickly, but if have time the product is nice!
