This thing did it's job as it's supposed to. Helped me troubleshoot a bad ignition module on my riding lawnmower. It's been an intermittent problem, but easily spotted with this tester. Wouldn't have found it by the old spark plug on the engine method. Being that the engine is a 2 cylinder, the light just stays on (or flashes so fast it looks that way) on the good side. Not so much on the bad side. Worth it!

I bought this to test my outboard. Was able to be at the key switch 8 feet away and still verify the motor had spark. Works well and would recommend. Great value.
