With this item, I was able to repair the tubing on a piece of exercise equipment I use daily/. The cost for a new piece was just a little bit less than this whole roll, and I still have 2/3 of it left for future repairs.

I tie this around the bottom of my desks so my students can bounce their feet up and down, giving the students a way to "fidget" without disturbing the rest of the class. The kids love them and so do I!

This is the same tubing your physical therapist uses, at a very reasonable price. There are many accessories available so you can set up a "resistance machine" using a door.

This is not super heavy, it has less pull strength than the black tubing. It has a smaller wall thickness and smaller overall diameter than the black tubing.

It should be disclosed that you get two 12.5' pieces and not one 25' piece. Also there is no branding on the tube as in its description's images.<br />The product seems decent but the presentation is not.

For the cost of a few eye-bolts, 4x4, carabiners and extra handles, you will have a fly machine. I have incorporated TheraBands's green, blue, silver and gold into my exercise routine.<br /><br />To minimize damage to my wall I screwed a 4x4 to my wall, overlaying the stud-behind-the-dry-wall. I have eye-bolts at various positions for lat pull downs and tricep extensions. I also have bolts near the floor for leg exercises. I use carabiners to to attach my pre-tied bands to the eye-bolts.<br />This product is cheap, portable and storable.
