Leaps and BOUNDS better than the kind that strap to your ankle. The only thing I fear is that it might be artificially keeping me more level/ buoyant in the water but whatever. I swam a quick half a mile this morning easy peasy... this allowed me to switch between sets of freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke really easily with nothing impeding your kick. Love it.

Works great. It adds resistance to your swim stroke. I was concerned it would get in the way of my feet but it doesn’t at all. Seems to hold my legs down a little further in the water but could not be happier.

This product works very well. Simply and easy to use. I watched a couple videos on YouTube and did as I had seen on there. I used a 7ft log piece of 3” PVC and ran a small paracord off that to attach the harness too which keeps the bungee off your ankles and away from your feet as you kick.

Use to swim in place and works great. When I do get in a real size pool I feel unleashed and it makes that workout that much better.

best product, bought several types, but found that the elastic of this belt is far better than the other ones. it is better for fitness and great for small pools

I love using this. It fits around my rather large frame no problem (I'm a good 4134; at my thickest) and holds very well. I can swim or run. I bought an extra bungee cord when I was using this wrapped around a pole close to my shallow end until I realized I had hooks inside my pool I was able to connect just this piece to. Works great and is an amazing alternative to those ridiculously expensive endless pool swimmer machines available.

Simple, well-made waist band that allows me to swim continuously in our backyard pool. I attached it to a handrail using a length of light cord and a carabiner. Great value.

We have a small above-ground pool (about 10x20 feet) so 34;swimming34; was sort of a joke... until I tried this gadget. I'd seen these things before and just couldn't wrap my head around liking it because I LOVE swimming and this idea seemed silly. Boy, was I wrong! It took a few minutes to get the hang of it, but now I'm in love with it. I get so much more out of my little pool with this. I even bought a second one so a friend can 34;swim34; with me. Instead of 34;racing34; with each other, we see who can 34;swim34; the longest before taking a break. I especially love the bunji cord aspect as it gives a little without feeling like you're literally tied to a rope. Awesome little piece of equipment, super comfy around your waste too. My pool is saltwater so it might help deteriorate some part of it sooner than later, but I don't care. If I have to replace it often, I will for the pure functionality of it.

Best purchase ever. I have a small pool and doing laps was hard to keep going. this solved the issue. Continuos workout with resistance. Does not hurt or dig in. Perfect
