Hey there, OINKSTAS community! It’s your favorite oinkin’ entrepreneur and founder of Project OINKS Inc., Marianna S., a.k.a. Miss Smiiley Oinks, here to share exciting updates and stories from our vibrant community.

Firstly, let me give you a little insight into what we're all about here at Project OINKS Inc. We're not just your average nonprofit organization – oh no! We're on a mission to support entrepreneurs, foster intergenerational connections, and spread smiles wherever we go.

 And yes, you heard that right – I do indeed oink like a little piggy when I laugh, hence the name Miss Smiiley OINKS or Opportunities, Inclusion, Networking, Knowledge & Success; the core values here at Project OINKS Inc.

1. Executive Summary:

Project OINKS Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs and fostering intergenerational connections in the community. Led by founder Marianna S., also known as Miss Smiiley Oinks, our mission is to create an Online Interconnected Network of Knowledgeable Services, Talent, & Arts Subscribers (OINKSTAS) hub. Our programs, including the BOLO Flash Dance Scout Troop, OINKSTAS Hub Membership, Baby Signs® Program, Zumbini® Classes, and Badge Scouting Partnership, aim to promote lifelong learning, entrepreneurship, and cultural enrichment.  We seek partnerships with schools, senior facilities, colleges, high schools, and community organizations to further our mission.

2. Introduction:

Project OINKS Inc. was founded after a vision to create a supportive community where entrepreneurs, artists, and skilled individuals can thrive. With a focus on culture, arts, dance, Zumba instruction, American Sign Language, community advocacy, education, networking, live streaming, gaming, and entrepreneurship, we aim to make positive impacts in communities through innovative programs and initiatives.

3. Mission Statement:

Project OINKS Inc. is committed to empowering individuals, fostering intergenerational and coeducational connections, and promoting lifelong cultural education, arts, and entrepreneurship through innovative programs and initiatives through our core values OINKS or Opportunities, Inclusion, Networking, Knowledge & Success turning entrepreneurs into OINKSTAS or the Online Interconnected Network of Knowledgeable Services, Talent, & Art Subscribers supported with skill-trading and networking hub with its scout team called the Big OINKSTAS-Lil OINKSTAS Flash Dance Troop or BOLO Troop of Seniors and Youth alike!

Now, let's dive into some of the fantastic programs and features we offer!

4. Key Features:

BOLO (Big OINKSTAS-Lil OINKSTAS) Flash Dance Scout Program:

- An intergenerational and coeducational alternative to the Girl Scout program.

- Encourages lifelong learning and entrepreneurship through Zumba® and art entrepreneurship classes held in senior living facilities.

- Seeking partnerships with senior facilities to host our program.

- Creates a community space for youth and seniors to engage in meaningful activities and build lasting connections.

- Free program for 13 youth scouts and 13 senior scouts.

- Uniform fee of $125 per student.

- Youth Uniforms include yellow vests, hats, and bolo ties with pink uniform shirts, black pants/shorts, and black jazz shoes for BOLO Boy Scouts, and pink vests, hats, and bolo ties with yellow uniform shirts, black dresses, and black jazz shoes for BOLO Girl Scouts.

 -Senior Scout Uniforms include yellow sashes, hats, and bolo ties with pink uniform shirts, black pants/shorts, and black jazz shoes for BOLO Señor Scouts, and pink sashes, hats, and bolo ties with yellow uniform shirts, black dresses, and black jazz shoes for BOLO Señorita Scouts.

-Fundraise from the OINKSTAS Catalog. 70% of sales go to OINKTAS members and 30% is tax-deductible and goes towards Project OINKS Inc. programs and operational expenses. OINKSTAS will receive a tax receipt and corresponding forms to complete their tax write-offs at the end of each fiscal year.
