I've canned for decades and used Kerr and Ball lids. They've become thinner and thinner over time. Superb lids are thick with a thicker rubber seal. I use regular mouth and wide mouth. I'm never going back. Superb lids make a thunk sound instead of a ping. Very satisfying.

I use these for water bath canning and for vacuum sealing jars. They have worked wonderfully and I've had no issues with broken seals. In the future I anticipate successfully using then for pressure canning but I'm not there yet.

I have been caning for many decades and have mostly used the two name brand seals that are out there on the market. I listened to some reviews on superb and watched a youtube of how/why this company began and was very impressed. There were several statements that were made about the quality of the seal being much better than the other name brands that I wanted to see for myself if they were true. First open of box and feeling the seal it was very noticeable that it was a much thicker seal than the name brands. Then when the ping would occur it was a very different ping than what I was use to. Very happy with my choice to try a new product that is superb over all the others. In my opinion, the other brands don't come close to this quality.

I have used these several times and really like them. Like that they are made in the USA and they have a strong seal on them. Do know that they have a deeper sounding 'ping' when they have sealed. Just used my last 2 boxes of ball brand lids yesterday and 2 of 24 were smeared with the rubber and not usable for canning. Superb brand SO much better,

I've been canning for decades....never heard of this brand. But after buying a box because they are a cheaper USA made brand I am sure I will never buy any other kind. These are MUCH thicker than the leading brands, the coatings are thicker, the seal material is tougher. Overall its a superior product.

Great kids, but more than twice the price that what some people find them in stores.The kids also vary between stamped, non stamped and painted. It confuses people on if they are fake or not.

Best canning lid available! I never have a failed seal. Far superior to the other brands and well worth the money. Won't go back to using any thing else.
