I purchased these forms, under the impression they would work with small business accounting programs, including QuickBooks (as noted by some of the reviews I read); however, that is NOT accurate--pertinent tax information prints in the perforated section that is to be removed before mailing and the three perforated sections do NOT line up with the three printed sections of the form. Overall, this purchase was a complete waste of time and money.

We used the 2 per page and multiple pages per employee (waste of time). Then, tried 3 per page, preprinted. To align either of these up was not productive use of time. This saves a LOT of time amp; money.

'I love printing W2s!'... said no one ever! Instead of wasting time trying to align the preprinted forms which never really line up, use these! They work perfectly with Quickbooks and have all the required instructions preprinted on the back. So much faster than the alignment process on the preprinted forms. Handy envelopes help you deliver professional looking forms to your employees. Great, easy to use product at a good price.

Very reasonably priced! Less than 1/2 of the cost of these forms from Intuit. Was a little concerned about compatibility with my Quickbooks 2020 Pro but had no issues whatsoever. As far as I can tell, I will be able to use the leftover forms for 2021 because there is no preprinted year on the back like Intuit does. Also, self sticking envelopes were a plus. If I had to be picky, I might say the paper seemed a LITTLE thinner than my Intuit forms. Will buy again for 2021 W-2s.

Ordered this on a Saturday, got it the next day. Used the forms for Quickbooks Desktop 2018. Worked great in printing 3 UP W-2's for 2020. Envelopes worked great. Will purchase again next year. Printed on Canon MF4890. No issues with the forms.
