All sets of these 1099-MISC were perforated to remove the right edge except the included 1096s. This was easily remedied by just cutting off the right edge after printing. Since most 1099-MISCs are electronically filed, this will probably not cause anyone an issue except for filers that just file a few of these forms.

I run a small business and use Quickbooks. I buy this set each year to run my 1099's. They are great, feed through my machine, and make the job nice and easy. I've never had a problem.

Unfortunately I needed the 1099-nec forms and cannot figure out how to return these which have not been opened. Of course it's past the filing date now.

I only needed 4 forms so this was way more than I needed but a smaller pack without envelopes was only a couple of dollars less so I got this pack instead.

Love that this package includes envelopes. Aligned perfectly w my QB desktop version that I use. Great for small business.

The forms were fine, but I could not use the envelopes. The city/state/zip code for the recipient address was cut off by the bottom of the window.

Being a business partner means doing many things, including filling all sorts of tax forms. These 1099s worked fine with Quick Books to send certain vendors their annual 1099 tax forms.

Always nice to purchase these is small quantities without going to the office supply store where the small quantum's are sold out envelopes sold separately.

The reality of being a small business owner who uses freelancers is paperwork. These forms help make filing and reporting to the IRS simple. My only complaint (and it really is a small one) would be I'd like to be able to buy them in smaller numbers as I have a core team of people who are my “A-Team” so I don't need as many as what came in the bundle.

Great package of 25 1099 forms (all pages) and 25 envelopes. You can complete the forms using a laser or inkjet printer. Works great! High quality. Highly recommend.

It's great to have these forms and envelopes early! Finding them in local stores when we need them can be a challenge.The envelopes don't have self-adhesive strips like the ones in the local stores, but that's a small point. Were don't have to do very many of them for our small business.We do these by hand rather than printing them out, so I can't speak to how they work with software, but they are just right for our needs.
