Cleans well but bumps into things a little hard

Does not have the capability to detect items in its way. Other than that, pretty good purchase.

I haven't owned a robot vacuum in a long time, so the idea of getting one that vacuums, mops, refills/empty, and cleans itself is really great. When it works, it is great. It is really impressive to see it map your whole house. But when it doesn't work it is very frustrating. Somehow despite all the advancements in robot vacuums, these things still cannot deal with cables. Had it for a week and essentially any time it is cleaning a room that is not the kitchen or bathroom, he will get stuck in a cord. Also these things still do not know how to deal with hair. The bristles are going to just get tangled to the point that you have to bring out scissors to free it. Stuff like that is really annoying and removes from the good about it. Also spent 20 minutes trying to understand why it kept saying the water tank was abnormal, and I had to find a little sewage tray and clean that out. When it is able to clean, it does a great job. Works well on different surface types. The app is pretty good and pretty easy to set up. It's nice to be able to just run different levels of cleaning on specific rooms. Definitely could be better, especially when you're considering the price of this thing. A lot of cool tech here with a few annoying things that should really be ironed out by now.

This is my second Eufy. I love them!! I gave my old one to my granddaughter and bought me a new one. After a new battery in the old one, it was 5 years old, it is back to top notch working order. It has great suction, quiet and even entertaining

This robot vacuum is very quiet. I have two Roomba vacs and was used to the noise they make. What a difference! I like that the corner rotating brush goes slowly so as not to fling items, and that it extends to reach the corners. I have only used a few times, but I really like that it empties by itself into the bag at the base station. So far so good, seems great.

We've owned several robot vacuums throughout the years, and this Eufy C10 is by far the best of the bunch! It's super easy to set up and is controlled via the Eufy app. (Side note: one small complaint in regards to Eufy in general. We run multiple Eufy devices in our household and wish there was one universal app for all devices. But as it stands today, we had to download yet another app, specific to this robot vacuum, in order to set it up.) That said, once we got it going, we let the robot run through a smart mapping, which it completed flawlessly. After the initial mapping, we marked some "keep out" zones, then set it to run automatically every night while we're in bed. It's been about a week now, and so far, this vacuum has done an incredible job sweeping up every room it's allowed to go in! It takes about 90 minutes to complete a run and is so quiet, we can barely hear it from upstairs. The robot also successfully docks itself after every session without issue. It hasn't gotten stuck or errored out once! I love being able to tell exactly where the robot has cleaned, as its movements are tracked live and also saved right inside the app. Overall, we're extremely pleased with this vacuum and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for one.
