I just started doing water aerobics after back surgery. Who knew about water weights. These are just what I wanted. Very well made.

I really enjoy using these water exercise barbells. They add a boost exercising arms in the water in order to strengthen resistance and build muscle.The are fun to use. The handles are covered in foam and comfortable to hold with my hands during resistance exercises. They are small enough for my hands to grip. They are affordable and well made.

I just started doing swim therapy with a group. I didn't realize there were different sizes and weights. One of our exercises requires us to put the dumbbells under our arms. Because these are twice as wide as the ones the other women use, they don't quite fit under my arm pits. I'll be looking for a different size. I think they'll be okay later on when I have gotten used to the weight resistance as well. Right now it's very difficult as a beginner.

These water weights are a nice size and weight. In my aqua fit class they have heavier weights that I usually use. These are not as heavy but still work great for a variety of exercises .

I love the workout I get from using these. Most of my class uses the ones provided by the gym but these are a much better workout because of the increased resistance. I've been using for about 4 years - they're r durable.

This is a good started dumbbell for the a good water workout ! Just wish the glue they used would hold up longer ! Good product though!
