Im rating this dog toy as 3 stars because although it arrived as advertised (real leather, squeaks, etc.), it didnt even hold up to an entire 5 minutes of chewing by our 6 month old puppy. Hes a Staffordshire/Chihuahua mix and has taken a liking to leather. I purchased a bag of leather scraps from a local glove store a while back and was tying together my own leather toys for our dogs and they enjoyed them but did untie them eventually. Figured this toy would be more ideal -I was mistaken. Our puppy chewed right through the tips of the toys edges, pulled out the stuffing, and was hacking away on the pieces. This all happened quite quickly and we immediately took the toy from him. He liked it a lot, but its not worth the choking hazard or pieces scattered throughout the house. Perhaps this toy would suit a less persistent chewer, but consider your dogs chewing habits prior to purchasing. Had we gotten this for our lab, I think it would have lasted a lot longer. Guess well stick to bark box toys!

Leather means it's sturdy and my dog loves the smell but it's not indestructible. It took a long while but he finally got the stitches undone and some of the stuffing came out. Even then he continues to chew on the leather.

This is the 3rd bunny and bear combo I've gotten fiber. It's stuffed with cotton not polyester stuff so when she kills it (that's the point) it is less sketchy. My old dog has eaten the other plastic stuffing -it just passes through into their but this is more like cotton so it is a big wad. She treats this toy more like a bone she chomps scissors slices and guts. Loves them! Especially this pistol shaped bunny and Mach 10 shaped bear which we "shoot" her until she grabs it and "kills" it. Fun! Initial chew is fast but she still likes it after it's "dead"

My dog likes the rawhide chews, so I tried this one. Gave it to her and walked away, and 10 minutes later, she had not only chewed it  but had eaten it as well. 10 minutes! Only little bits were left and she would have eaten them too if I hadn't taken it away from her. The toy itself is very thin. This is not a heavy duty rawhide chew.
