Easy install. Works great. Requires a T40 socket, a small box wrench (12mm? I forget), a small allen wrench (didn't look at size), and a flathead screwdriver. Alignment was perfect. Make sure you have OEM winshield wiper blades installed, because the passenger side wiper tucks in behind it. Blindspot gets bigger, after install, but not real bad.
