I have tried many antenna amplifiers, the expensive and cheap ones and this one has been the best. I'm getting the 32 channels no matter how many times I scanned always get channels , something that didn't happened before with the others.

This seems to have improved picture quality but as 80 miles from broadcast towers nothing really seems to improve it. Very little to work with.

Yes this product is excellent and works great. It also was lost in a lightning storm. Thank goodness I had this attached between antenna and my receiver unit which cost 30x more. It saved my receiver and tv from damage. Yes I had not taken care of the coax shunting to grd from the antenna. I grounded the antenna but not the coax cable into the house.......my bad. This device saved my expensive equipment. No, not the purpose but so glad I lost a $21 dollar amp instead of my big buck electronics..... Yes i grounded the coax now and bought another unit. Highly recommend for both purposes....lol great unit

I was hoping to boost the antenna signal for the TV farthest from the antenna. The closer TV works fine, but the farther one could not pick up one of the channels at all. With this it can detect the channel, but it still cuts out a lot and is still basically unwatchable.

Bought this as a present then did the following installation. 1). Thought I removed all the old inline power adapters and splitters from previous DirectTv and cable (had to locate additional later) . 2). Used one of the TV's that had a built in signal meter to point the antenna to our largest metro tower site. There are websites and apps on phones to help point directionally for me it was Cedar Hill 170.98 degrees. 3). Removed 2 inline abandoned inline power adapters and splitters that were interfering with signal. 4). Rescanned all TVs and picked up 97 tv channels picture perfect many in HD. The tv transmission tower is about 50 miles away. Antenna is located in the attic(cheap Walmart RCA one). Works GREAT after removing the other abandoned inline power adapters !!!

Easy to install. Increases my channel reception quite a bit. Certainly, every location will be different, but I've been pleased with it for my area. I'm using a flat antenna placed in the window of a first floor apartment, and I'm 30-50 miles from most transmitters. There is a definite difference in reception when I use the amp.

My previous booster was fried after an electrical storm. However, this unit gave me improved reception over the previous unit. This unit is built better, fully sealed, and well made. I would buy this unit again. Recommended.
