I was purchasing this shoe in hopes of finding something that would be comfortable since I deal with swelling. Needless to say, it addressed the majority of my swelling except for the tip of my foot.This is largely due to the fact that the tongue of the shoe is not fully adjustable like a sneaker. It looked nice and was very comfortable around the sides of my feet, but the top of my foot was very uncomfortable.

I get these for my husband every year because they offer comfort for a 12 5E size shoe. They aren't too heavy and offer support. They usually last him 9-12 mos as a business work shoe

My 95 year old's feet had swollen so much that his foot doctor wanted him to wear a boot- like shoe to cut down rubbing on his toes. My local shoe store had some of these on the close out rack and we got them they were so good that we found these online and ordered another pair! Great quality and fit more doctors need to tell patients about them!

I tried these to ease knee discomfort for days where I'm on my feet at trade shows or other scenarios where I know I will be walking long distances for work. Great comfort all day.

My husband wears a 13 EEEE and the 13-2XW fit him. Owing to a spinal injury, he has neuropathy in one foot and it's hard for him to find comfortable shoes in these widths that actually look like regular shoes. He sometimes wears the Dr. Comfort and OrthoFeet brands, but these are going to be go-to shoes for him. He likes that they're leather and not just stretchy fabric like some of his other shoes for neuropathy are. They're pricey, but if your feet hurt your whole body hurts, you know?

What I mean is; I know from using those shoe scales, I take an 11 1/2 size shoe. But typically shoes I buy in Walmart, etc., may be anywhere from 12 to 13. So I ordered size 12 1/2, double wide. And boy were they too big! So replace by RMA with a pair size 11 1/2. And they fit perfectly. And they were so very comfortable, right off the bat. They tread very quietly too. No stomping down the halls! Nice and cushy inside. The dark brown finish looks good, very high quality. So satisfied.

I find these shoes to be extremely comfortable and required only a few days to break in. I was a little concerned about their appearance based on the listing photos, but ordered them under the try before you buy program, so even if they were not what I expected, I could have returned them no questions asked.But because they were so comfortable, I bought them after only 3 days !The only part I found a bit odd is that if you tend to remove your shoes using your foot to catch the back of the other shoes, like I normally do, these tend to be a little difficult to remove that way, just due to the way the soles are designed/shaped. But I got used to them quickly, so no problems there !
