Instead of sticking to the paper cups, baked muffins literally slide right out of parchment cups. I usually bake several dozen muffins at a time and freeze them to serve as needed. Whether fresh or frozen, the result is the same. These are a wee bit more expensive than other products I've used, but they are well-worth the extra expense.

Great size for a jumbo muffin pan and release the muffin easily and intact.
