It'd be nice if the jewelry could actually screw onto the taper. I've gotten good use out of it; I lost it and will be buying again.

love it! I needed it to stretch my helix piercing from an 18g to 16g and it worked great. just used some vaseline to lube my ear up and it went though smoothly. this works for threadless and internally threaded jewlery posts :)
