The piece is available from 6mm up to 11mm (1/4" up to 7/16"). The labret disc measures at 2.5mm and is perfect for nose jewelry as well as labret jewelry. I have several new piercings. I needed to switch them out from threaded labret studs to push pops. I LOVE these!!! Other than 14k gold, I trust titanium. Painful Pleasures with Open Tip makes good quality titanium jewelry affordable!
