Rock solid, level, soft on surface, low profile, no stupid logos. It really is perfect for a standard mic and clip on a standard desk. I am very happy with this purchased.

this thing is a tank; it held a rde procaster, shock mount, pop filter (attached to the base), and didn't even try to tip over. i only took it off in favor of a boom because it was taking up too much space, but that's the fault of my tabletop, not the mic setup.i would recommend this 1,000x, especially for the price.

Bought this for my son for his microphone on his desk. He tried it out and said it was very sturdy and a good height. but then realized he already had one. go figure kids.

I was looking for a desk mount for my Shure SM7B and this is the perfect height. Sturdy and heavy base, solid mounting point, and it's really as simple as that! The mounting stand is 6 tall, while most other mounting stand are 8-9 tall.

I got two of these, drilled three holes in them, attached them to the ceiling.One holds a condenser mic, the other holds a pop filter, both using variable angle booms from On-stage stands. They've been in place for four years of almost constant use

I really like the sturdiness and the height of this stand. It's short enough where the mic is placed right where I need it. Also, the price is fair. Will consider buying it again!

I bought a little bundle as you can see in the attached photo. All of the on-stage products are good quality, well packaged, and well made.Unfortunately even a 6 gooseneck is enough to tip it over. So although it is sturdy, it's not sturdy enough for what I had planned which was to replace the rod with a gooseneck. I'm simply not going to use that part though, it works just fine as a straight mount.

I use a Shure 55 style mic which quite tall. This is the first stand that I have found that is sturdy enough and puts the mic fight in front of my mouth!!!

I needed a heavy portable mic stand that could hold my studio mic that normally sits in a full boom. This has the weight and a pretty small footprint.

I had issues where my mic setup was too heavy and it was causing my mic arm to not properly stand up, and it just kept falling down. The issue was easily fixed by just buying this tabletop mic stand. So if you plan to have a heavy mic setup with like surround sound foam panel and pop filters, might be worth to buy this stand. Unless you have some premium heavy duty microphone arm stand, which I do not.
