Pros:- Good hydration and seems to help recoveryCons:- Flavor is VERY strong (see tips)Tips:- Use a Nutribullet or similar blender to mix the powder and water better.- Use plenty of ice; the chilled drink makes the flavor more palatable.- If the flavor is still too strong consider using less than a full scoop (last resort).Overall:Overall the powder does seem to help with recovery and when used during or after the workout is very hydrating. The biggest hurdle is the flavor. It's too strong for me without implementing some of the tips above. With time I've been able to go from using half a scoop to a full scoop so maybe it's an acquired taste, but I still can't shake the mixture to blend it or drink it warm. It has sort of an overly sweet beginning taste and a medicine-like after taste. Still, with enough ice and blending it masks those flavors a bit. I strongly recommend it for the benefits- I definitely feel better when I drink it- I just can't say I enjoy the taste.
