For those who store these rolled, you'll want to store with a rag or paper towel covering one side, otherwise unrolling this becomes a nightmare.Aside from this, pretty easy to use.

I bought this a while back and was shocked to read the poor reviews. Pwrhaps the quality has declined significantly. Mine does stick to itself when taking it out of its package but does not tear from prying it apart. The ink on the mat doesn't come off on mine either. I usually slightly wet the counter with water before I place the mat on since the water helps the mat stay in place. It is thicker than the silicone baking mat I have purchased from costco.
