Have only tried the original Mike's Hot Honey, don't find it hot. This one definitely brings the burn I was looking for, excellent on pizza.

We love AR's, mild hot honey! The chili flavor isn't strong, just a hint, which is perfect for dressings and marinades. Also great on fresh-baked scones and fry bread! This has a great true honey flavor with just a little somethin'-somethin'. I have tried Mike's, but didn't care for the vinegar added, less like honey and more like a condiment - which is not what I was looking for.If you cook or bake, AR's will be great to add to your pantry.

The mild heat on this honey makes it a winner for me. I'm not a fan of super spicy but I tried hot honey on a pizza in a restaurant one day and fell in love. I now use it any time I eat pizza but I imagine you could use it for many things like sauces/dips, for baking etc. I will always go back to this brand since it is the only "mild" heat one I can find.

This is the best Hot Honey (Mild) I have tasted! It is a perfect accompaniment to biscuits and fried chicken.
