This is a top of the line clearcoat by Meguiar's. For headlight restoration you want to apply this after the sanding and polishing process. This will give the headlights the clarity and the needed UV protection throughout the year.

I gave this product a try on one of our showroom cars, and it performed exactly as advertised. While the lights weren't overly hazy to start with, the difference after using it was remarkable - they appeared almost brand new within just a few minutes. I was quite pleased with the outcome.

I recently tried this product on one of our showroom cars, and I was amazed by the results. IMO this stuff is not very good. It depends on your expectations. I am a very skilled and qualified auto enthusiast, and I rate this on the mid to lower end of DIY products. The product was used on front blinker lenses that had been polished to remove oxidation. The lenses show lots of fine nicks from rocks, as expected. This spray amplified the rock chips and made the lenses look like they were not properly cleaned before applying the product. I probably would have been better off applying a coating of Clear Polyurethane Spray paint instead because it is thicker and would have filled in the nicks.
