I am a C6-C7 quadriplegic with little contracture in my fingers, and I find these to be very easy to get on and off on my own (okay okay, I use my teeth as well hehe). The outside and full length of the straps appear to be made from seatbelt material, thus, they are incredibly strong. I got mine 3 1/2 years ago, and these things just don't wear down!They are also very comfortable, with no areas that rub or pinch, and there are no sticky or sharp areas, inside or outside. I own two pair and have used them both with resistance bands, as well as with cable machines at a gym (albeit at lower weights only).Considering the above qualities, I find these cuffs to be of good value and versatility, and recommend them freely.

I use my hands for work all the time. With these my hands get a break during my workouts. They are very comfortable and secure for punching routines and resistances at all angles.

It was very well made and strong. Very easy and quick to use and very good quality. I got the medium and it is a little too large. Luckily it has a lot of velcro on it so it's usable. They seem to run large, so you may want to get a smaller size than you think you need.
