Product arrived on time (2 day Prime). I probably spent 10 minutes total opening box, pulling out contents, walking to shop for a rubber mallet, and then pounding the parts together. Simple. Solid. If you look closely at the trays, you will see they are a fiber reinforced resin. They feel very substantial. The wheels have a quality feel to them also. This is an significantly higher level of quality than those paper-thin stamped steel carts that are priced just a little less than this one.I am looking forward to loading up the cart with my car detail supplies just in time for a weekend of automobile spring cleaning!

I purchased this cart to keep in my garage and use as storage for my auto detailing supplies. It only took a few minutes to assemble and unlike some other reviews, I did not need a hammer to assemble it. The legs do fit tight into the shelves, but that is a good thing and as a result the cart is very sturdy. The cart is well built and rolls smoothly which enables me to roll all of my supplies out to my garage entry or driveway when detailing my vehicles. I am very pleased with this cart and would definitely recommend it for not only detailing supply storage, but any type of storage.

If you compare to other carts, this one has actually lasted long time and the wheels are of good quality. I have already purchased about 5 of this. One time one shelf arrived broken because of shipping. I contact them and they just sent me an extra shelf right away.Fast shipping also.

a little hard for me to put together (tight fit) but my husband got it just fine with peice of wood & hammer. :) sturdy product I definitely recommend

We've used this cart for 2 weeks and it fits our needs perfectly. My only complaint is that the handle is cracked where it attaches to the top bin. It's only used inside and carries less than 20 pounds.

I'm very happy with this cart, so far. It actually arrived 2 days early, it was suppose to be today, but showed up on christmas eve! It was easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. I will be using it as a auto detailing cart. So, weight capacity won't be an issue. The castors roll very well and the locks are a nice feature. My only complaint, as others have had also, was the the unit had a small 1 crack along the lip of the lower shelf. I do not feel like it's a structural issue and decided to just apply a little plastic epoxy to repair it. If this cart holds up, I could see myself buying a second one for other tools and work.

This cart rocks! It took exactly 3 minutes to assemble. Yes the uprights (tubes) are tight, but they will never come apart. I am 250lbs (all muscle baby lol) and just used my weight to slip home the connections (leaned on them). No soap and no hammers/mallets. The wheels were a cinch just put a little weight on them and they drive home easily.The cart itself is awesome. It is that hard fiberglass-like resin plastic. I got this for tool and spare part storage around the garage where I work on my classic car and a metal cart is out as one rub into a car with a metal cart and you are doing paint repair. This cart is perfect for the job. Oh and the castors are VERY high quality with rubber wheels. You could run this on hardwood floors and they wouldn't make a mark.You can't lose with this cart! I'm ordering another one.

This cart was exactly as I hoped. When putting legs on shelves, add a small amount of liquid soap to both leg and trey and it should go together very easily. Cart is very sturdy, rolls well, and distance between shelves is approximately 12-inches.

This cart is just the ticket for organizing car detailing fluids, towels and other equipment in the garage. Bottles easily hang off the sides or can be contained on the shelves, which contains any spills without leaking.Assembly took all of 10 minutes. Legs are held to the shelves with a friction fit. I did use my weight to help persuade the legs all the way into the shelves on each corner. A rubber mallet could also be used. All-in-all, this is a well-made product at a very reasonable price.

If you have a rubber mallet handy, this thing will go together in a matter of minutes. Mine was quite easy to assemble.Since I use this to organize car wash supplies, I was concerned about rust.The great thing about this cart is that the trays and pillars that support the trays are made out of what seems to be a very durable plastic. the only metal parts are the metal rims at hold the caster wheels in place. That makes this thing virtually rust proof!

My husband loves this cart-I bought for his birthday and he says it is just great. There is lots of room between each shelf, and the sides in the shelves keep things from rolling out. The wheels on it are also great quality! We would recommend this cart highly!

I'm not sure why the bad reviews on this cart. I agree the legs are a tight fit but using a rubber mallet as gently as possible worked well for me. Took about 15 mins to put together and seems very sturdy for my auto detailing purposes! I would buy another if I had the need.

I use the cart indoors to move heavy items and to bus dishes when entertaining. Assembly required a bit of muscle and a rubber mallet, but it's worth it for a very strong sturdy cart. Because I was planning to use the cart on pine floors, I had to be very careful to not roughen the wheels when hammering them into place. That would not be a concern if using the cart in a garage as it's intended. This item was surprisingly affordable compared to similar carts I looked at. This is a quality product and I recommend it for a wide variety of uses.
