Currently work for Ford as a technician. A 27mm is all you need for your oil cartridges. These seem to be the same sockets that come in Harbor Freight's ICON set. It's good quality and very low profile.

This is the perfect solution for using a ratchet on the Vespa oil drain so it fits behind the exhaust pipe. Using a spanner is ok but ratchet is so much easier and can get the torque wrench in if you use it.
