Although the mop sponge is 4 1/2" shorter than our older Casabella mop, it does a good job. It seems to be a little flimsier than the original, but still well made. The new style mop sponge is easier to replace than the older model so that's a bonus. The overall quality seems to be better than other brands. I gave the mop four stars since Casabella shortened the length of the songe 4 1/2". Shrinkflation strikes again!

This mop is so nice. The natural sponge head picks up the dirt and it is so easy to wring out.

I could not find any Velida Mop heads. Appears that they stopped making this type of refill. But this head fits it perfectly.

We've used this roller mop for several years and it's a sturdy, well designed product. The sponge heads don't last very long at all, though. They deteriorate and fall apart, leaving pieces here and there. Most replacement heads aren't much better except one. The O-Cedar Power Scrub replacement head is no longer made, but they are still being offered for sale. They seem awfully expensive, but the one we have has outlasted 4 or 5 of the Casabella sponge heads. It fits the Casabella mop perfectly. ( The O-Cedar mop handle, though, isn't very sturdy) If you want a winning combination that will last for a year or more of constant use, try the Casabella handle with the O-Cedar Power Scrub head combination.

Couldn't find a product number on the Casabella mop handle we have. Was hoping this was the right head, but it didn't fit. Nothing wrong with the sponge head itself, for the right handle.

The mop head sponge moves - it is not staying stationary to clean the floor!!!

This replacement sponge for the "original" (which I took to mean the mop I purchased well over ten, maybe even 15 years ago) is shorter than the sponge that came with my mop. Mine is roughly 12 inches wide, this replacement is about 8. Measure and check before you purchase. "

I was glad to find the Casabella mop that I used like at least 15 or so years ago. The design has been improved and they last long and do their job well. The replacement sponge is a bit tricky to change.

Casabella original mop was used on tile and linoleum floors. Very impressively constructed, it wrings out either dry and will hold lots of moisture if needed. Better than anything in stores.

I find mopping my concrete floors very easy with this, and am so please to finally find a sponge mop that's well made and has replaceable heads-meaning less landfill waste! Thank you!

Even though I had to fiddle with it to get it attached, it still worked. (The design of the attachment mechanism has changed from the design I originally purchased.)

This is the best mop I have ever used, and I am elderly and have used many different mops in my lifetime. Easy to use. Very good absorbency.
