I bought this product because several of the recipes I use regularly call for a crust made with graham cracker crumbs. This product was so much more convenient than putting graham crackers in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin as I did before having this product. Also, with this product I was able to measure out exactly how much crumbs I needed instead of having to guess how many crackers to crush. I would readily buy this product again.
